I was exposed to hearing loss very early, an experience which set me on the path to joining the caring professionals at the Center for Better Hearing. In third grade, I noticed my best friend always hid in the back of the classroom, afraid to be called upon because of her hearing impairment. It was a small school, and all of us kids were excited when she was fit with a pair of hearing aids. The change was nothing short of miraculous. It was a joy to see her blossom; participating in class and playing at recess.

I started working at the Center for Better Hearing in January of 2020 as a Patient Care Coordinator and Office Manager. I was blessed to be given the opportunity to train and study under the owner to attain my very own license to practice as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. While I had never had any experience in hearing health previously, I quickly learned that this was my true calling after witnessing all the amazing benefits that improved hearing health can have on people’s lives, day after day.

I began my career in healthcare working in a small pharmacy as a pharmacy technician and noticed senior citizens and their struggle with hearing loss. After helping multiple elderly customers change the batteries in their hearing aid devices, I became very intrigued about hearing aids and hearing loss.

Brandon was born and raised in Sonoma County and spent a decade living in San Francisco, where he graduated from San Francisco State University. He is passionate about providing excellent service and always puts his patients’ needs first. His meticulous approach to care is focused on achieving the best results. In his free time, Brandon enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, hiking, camping, and spending time with his family.
